PPG 7 identified 'Other Factors' that are relevant in the decision making process, including consideration of the impact of development on the farming business occupying the land. Assessment of 'other factors' continues to be of importance in PPS 7. The Agriculture Team are highly experienced and able to undertake such appraisals in line with best practice.
